Refund Policy
Once a subscription has started, no refunds will be issued — whether partial or full — regardless of remaining days or plan duration.
This is because all ingredients and logistics are pre-planned for the entire subscription period.
However, we are always customer-oriented and open to feedback regarding taste, meal quality, or service. Please contact us within 24 hours if you experience any issue so we can make adjustments for future meals.
Cancellation Policy
