Welcome to Nutriflex!
By subscribing to our meal plans or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Nutriflex provides daily meal delivery services across Lahore.
Our plans are designed for nutritional support and convenience, not as medical treatment or replacement for professional health advice.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  • All subscriptions must be paid in advance.

  • Once a plan has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded (see Refund Policy).

  • Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.

  • We reserve the right to change meal plans or prices with prior notice.

3. Delivery

  • Meals are delivered between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM daily.

  • Delivery is free within Lahore city limits.

  • Clients must ensure accurate delivery details and availability during delivery hours.

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability will not be refunded.

If you wish to pause deliveries, inform us at least 24 hours in advance — those days will be carried forward and adjusted at the end of your subscription.

4. Food Quality & Allergies

  • All meals are prepared in a hygienic environment using fresh ingredients.

  • Nutriflex is not responsible for allergic reactions; please disclose any food allergies before subscribing.

  • We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free meals due to shared kitchen equipment.

5. Health Disclaimer

Nutriflex meal plans are created for general nutritional guidance.
If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor or dietitian before starting any meal plan.
Nutriflex will not be held liable for any health-related issues arising from unreported medical conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, recipes, meal plans, and branding on nutriflex.pk are the property of Nutriflex and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nutriflex is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Health outcomes or weight results.

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.
